Opening Times
We are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Placing an order
Click on find my school and a list of schools will appear, alternatively, find your child’s school by entering the name. Once you have found your school, all your embroidered items will appear and you can simply select them and add the item and the required quantity to the basket.

How long will my order take to reach me?
Outside of the BACK TO SCHOOL period (July-September), orders placed before 2pm are processed and dispatched the same day. All orders are sent via Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked service.

During the Back to School period, these lead times increase considerably and may be up to 2 weeks depending on whether items are in stock so order early to avoid disappointment.

Personal fitting service
We offer a timed personal fitting service at our showroom in Bourne End. Personal fittings are on an appointment only basis from 9.30-4.30pm weekdays only.

To be added at a later date: Appointments can only be made via our online booking system, please note we are unable to make appointments over the telephone or via email.

Don’t have a PayPal account? Don’t worry!
You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your goods. PayPal will give you the option of paying EITHER via a PayPal account or as a guest with a credit/debit card.
Delivery into schools
The delivery to school service depends on your school’s policy. If your school is listed as an option at checkout, then we are able to deliver to the school. There is delivery to school charge of £1.50 per order.

BACK TO SCHOOL July – August

During the BACK TO SCHOOL period, the lead times for orders increases considerably due to the increased volume of orders. During this period it may take 7-10 days until you receive your order. The 7-10 days lead time will also apply to Click and Collect orders. We are unable to advise on possible lead times over the phone. We aim to beat these delivery times and you will always be notified by Different Class by email when your order is dispatched and then notified by Royal Mail when your order is on its way.

Please note once an order has been processed we are unable to amend the order or delivery options via email or telephone, so please consider this when placing your order. Any delivery to school orders will not be delivered to the school during the summer holidays. The first delivery back into school could be up to 7 days after the start of term, please bear this in mind if you need the uniform for the start of term, we will not be able to change this option.


Many items of school uniform are sold as a specific age - if you are used to buying by size we advise that you measure your child and check the Age/Inch comparison Size Guide available.

Garment sizes in Inches are a "TO FIT" size therefore if your child measures a 26" chest we would advise you to order a 26" chest as garments are made to fit that chest size - only order a larger size if you are allowing room for growth.

Each child is different so these are guidelines only, staff will not be able to advise on size over the telephone.
