Placing an order
Click on find my school and a list of schools will appear, alternatively, find your child’s school by entering the name. Once you have found your school, all your embroidered items will appear and you can simply select them and add the item and the required quantity to the basket.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm the same day, however, due to the bespoke nature of garments, this may take up to 2 working days.

You will be notified by email as soon as your order is dispatched, you will then be notified by Royal Mail when your order is on its way.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail on a 48 hour from despatch fully tracked service . Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.00 for all orders but spend over £70 and the shipping is FREE.

Click and Collect
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery into School
Dependant on your school's policy, we offer a weekly delivery into schools. There is a £1.50 charge per order for this service.

Orders placed by midnight on Thursday will be included in the school deliveries. Parcels will be despatched on a Friday to be delivered into schools the following Tuesday.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the garment for a different colour, size or style, you will need to place a new order online. Your original order will be credited when we receive the returned goods. This can be done by either posting the original goods to us or done in person. Please note that exchanges made in persons are by appointment only through our online booking system.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us in its original condition with a copy of your order information within 28 days of receipt.

If returned via Royal Mail or other services, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods or get proof of delivery from your post office. The parcel can take up to 5 working days to be returned to our warehouse unless sent via special delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be checked in and processed.

REFUND
we will refund the full cost of the item(s) returned, excluding P&P (unless you've been sent the wrong/faulty item).

BACK TO SCHOOL July – August
During the BACK TO SCHOOL period, the lead times for orders increases considerably due to the increased volume of orders. During this period it may take 7-10 days until you receive your order. The 7-10 days lead time will also apply to Click and Collect orders. We are unable to advise on possible lead times over the phone. We aim to beat these delivery times and you will always be notified by Different Class by email when your order is dispatched and then notified by Royal Mail when your order is on its way.

Please note, once an order has been processed we are unable to amend the order or delivery options via email or telephone, so please consider this when placing your order. Any delivery to school orders will not be delivered to the school during the summer holidays. The first delivery back into school could be up to 7 days after the start of term, please bear this in mind if you need the uniform for the start of term, we will not be able to change this option.
