How long will my parcel take to reach me by Royal Mail?
Outside of Back to School time, your order is picked and packed the same day Mondays to Fridays. Royal Mail should then reach you within 3-5 working days. During our busy times these lead times increase considerably and may be up to 2 weeks depending on whether items are in stock so order early to avoid disappointment.
Can I arrange a personal uniform fitting for my son/daughter?
Yes indeed! We offer a timed personal fitting service at our warehouse in Bourne End in a comfortable custom built fitting room. Fittings are available on an appointment only basis from 10-4.00 weekdays only. Please call us to arrange a date and a time.
I have an appointment for a fitting but no car. What's the best way to get to you?
By Train: We are only 1/2 mile from Bourne End railway station. Turn right out of the station and walk for approx. 400 yards past the Walnut Tree pub until you see Wessex Road on your left. We are at the end of Wessex Road next to Junglemania childrens play area.
By Bus: There are Arriva bus routes from High Wycombe to Bourne End:
Ensure you get off at the Hedsor Road stop, which is right by Wessex Road.
Where do I find my Username and Password to gain access to the schoolwear?
Your school should provide you with the above in their introductory documentation. All parents use the same username and password. Otherwise consult your school web site. The required information will usually be under Uniform/Parental section.
I do not have a PayPal account and it appears that the only payment option is via PayPal?
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your goods. We use PayPal purely as a GATEWAY for payment. Paypal gives you the option of paying EITHER via a Paypal account or by credit card/debit card. Look out for the option of "Log in as a Guest" to enable payment by card.
I can see the size that I require but it is greyed out on the website and will not let me add to my basket?
The item is temporarily out of stock. Keep revisiting the site. We restock on a regular basis but be aware that Summer is our peak season so out of stock items can take significantly longer to come back into stock. Order early to avoid disappointment!
I am having problems with checking out/adding to my basket?
This is nearly always because you are using an old version of a browser. If you can switch to a more up to date version then this will rectify the situation 9 times out of ten!
Can I order via the telephone?
You can, but we do stress that we are an on line service and telephone orders involve staff in significant additional time and work. Thus, regretfully, we have to add an administration charge of £1.00 to telephone orders.
Do you deliver to my child’s school as well as to a home address?
Delivery to school premises depends upon your school's policy. If your school is listed in the DELIVER TO SCHOOLS option at the checkout then we are able to deliver to your school. There is usually a delivery charge for this option but this will be added to your order. You can also choose whether you would like us to deliver to your billing address OR a different residential address or your local school when you are at the checkout. We have recently introduced a CLICK AND COLLECT service from our premises in Bourne End.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. We will issue a full refund excluding original delivery charge (unless the fault is down to us) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or colour.
If returned via Royal Mail or other service, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Alternatively please return to the school for free pick up. The Return to School option is subject to your schools policy. If your School operates a policy of DELIVER TO SCHOOL then you are able to return items to school
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods or get proof of delivery from your post office.
The parcel can take up to 5 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be checked in and processed.
REFUND - we will refund the full cost of the item(s) returned, excluding P&P (unless you've been sent the wrong/faulty item).
WRONG /FAULTY ITEM - we're sorry if you were sent a faulty or wrong item. We will contact you to confirm details and send you the correct item(s). If we have sent the wrong or faulty item, will ensure any P&P costs are refunded if despatched via Royal Mail.
