How long will my parcel take to reach me by Royal Mail?
Outside of Back to School time, your order is picked and packed the same day Mondays to Fridays. Royal Mail should then reach you within 3-5 working days. During our busy times these lead times increase considerably and may be up to 2 weeks depending on whether items are in stock so order early to avoid disappointment.

Can I arrange a personal uniform fitting for my son/daughter?
Yes indeed! We offer a timed personal fitting service at our warehouse in Bourne End in a comfortable custom built fitting room. Fittings are available on an appointment only basis from 10-4.00 weekdays only. Please book an appointment online for your chosen date and time.

I have an appointment for a fitting but no car. What's the best way to get to you?
By Train: We are only 1/2 mile from Bourne End railway station. Turn right out of the station and walk for approx. 400 yards past the Walnut Tree pub until you see Wessex Road on your left. We are at the end of Wessex Road next to Junglemania children's play area.

By Bus: There are Arriva bus routes from High Wycombe to Bourne End:

Ensure you get off at the Hedsor Road stop, which is right by Wessex Road.

I do not have a PayPal account and it appears that the only payment option is via PayPal?
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your goods. We use PayPal purely as a GATEWAY for payment. Paypal gives you the option of paying EITHER via a Paypal account or by credit card/debit card. Look out for the option of "Pay with a credit/debit card" located underneath the Paypal Login button to enable payment by card.

I am having problems with checking out/adding to my basket?
This is nearly always because you are using an old version of a browser. If you can switch to a more up to date version then this will rectify the situation 9 times out of ten!
Can I order via the telephone?
We are unable to process orders over the phone currently so you will need to buy online or pop in and see us in Bourne End. During the summer months, you will need to book an appointment ahead of your visit.

Do you deliver to my child’s school as well as to a home address?
There is usually a delivery charge for this option but this will be added to your order. You can also choose whether you would like us to deliver to your billing address OR a different residential address or your local school when you are at the checkout. We have recently introduced a CLICK AND COLLECT service from our premises in Bourne End.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. We will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge (unless the fault is down to us) on receipt. PLEASE NOTE: If returned via Royal Mail or another service, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods or get proof of delivery from your post office. The parcel can take up to 5 working days to be returned to our warehouse unless sent via special delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be checked in and processed.

REFUND - we will refund the full cost of the item(s) returned, excluding P&P (unless you've been sent the wrong/faulty item).

WRONG /FAULTY ITEM - we're sorry if you were sent a faulty or wrong item. We will contact you to confirm details and send you the correct item(s). If we have sent the wrong or faulty item, will ensure any P&P costs are refunded if despatched via Royal Mail.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the garment for a different colour, size or style, you will need to place a new order online. Your original order will be credited when we receive the returned goods. This can be done by either posting the original goods to us or done in person. Please note that exchanges made in persons are by appointment only through our online booking system.
